I was approached by Arthur upon arrival within the store. He was friendly, polite and very helpful. This is my first time buying a mattress and he answered all questions that I had whilst giving me tips and advice along the way. I would definitely say that his approach and helpfulness played a large factor in deciding to place an order that day.

The sales assistant Guy was extremely welcoming in the first instance. He took time to understand our needs and clearly explained the benefits of the product. He allowed us to try the bed and pillows. He only placed the order when we were totally satisfied with our purchase.

The person who dealt with us (Arthur) was very knowledgeable, willing to help, courteous and patient. There were four 0f us in the store and he arranged teas and coffees for us which was very welcome. All in all an excellent shopping experience. Great to get some real customer service. I was greeted immediately by a helpful assistant who could answer all the specific technical questions I had gone in with.I could take as long as I needed to try the products , in fact I was activally encouraged to do so and given all the merits and demerits of the type of bed I was interested in regarding my weight and sleeping position etc. All in all I was very impressed by the service which I thought had gone the way of the dodo.
