We have never been to Dreams before and decided to go as we believed that the beds on offer were of good quality and reasonable price. The assistant who helped us was excellent in every way. I was very happy with all help that I received from staff member Guy. He was very helpful, provided us with plenty of options and gave enough time to choose from different kinds of mattresses. He was very discreet and we did not feel forced by him to by some particular type of mattress which happened in other stores and which made us come back to Dreams. Also the finance 0% option to pay the amount within 9 months suited our needs perfectly.

Welcome soon as walked through the door friendly smile no pressure to buy and made us feel at ease new a lot about products and helped us to decide on what was best for us. Would def return and shop there again.
