Dreams - Feltham

Guy greeted me and having listened to my needs steered me in the right direction. He was very courteous, offered me various options, was patient, amusing and a wonderful example of good customer service

This was my Second purchase this year from Dreams and was so happy with my earlier purchase ( In January 2016) that after doing research on line decided I could not get a better deal or better service. I need to have a old bed an mattress removed and your company seem to be the only company who will both deliver and take away.

Arthur was very good his knowledge and went out of his way to be helpful and made sure we were happy with chosen products

The store assistant helped me find a better bed frame than what I was originally looking for. Guy was very friendly throughout my visit and assured i was happy with both the bed frame and the mattress purchased. Although i did have some outstanding requests (the possibility of delivering the bed frame at a later date and the colour of the bed frame) the store assistant was able to sort through everything in no time. I found the overall experience very pleasant and will definitely visit this store in the future, as well as recommend it to friends and family. I did receive help from an assistant on your website a few days before visiting, and was able to have a decent picture of my dreams' bed (pun intended) in mind, however whilst visiting the store I was assisted in finding a decent high quality bed, with a soft mattress all under my budget! It was a fantastic visit and I am very thankful for all the help!

We were made very welcome and were immediately invited to test the mattresses, and to assume the sleeping position we normally did. Guy was friendly and asked us what kind of mattress we needed. He showed us a several and got us to test them out. He talked us all the way through the sales and delivery process, so that we were in no doubt about what we would pay and the kind of service we would expect from the delivery people. He arranged for a Saturday delivery straight away, and emailed the confirmation of sale etc to my inbox immediately.

Customer services was really good, process took a little bit longer however lots of info to go through.

Arthur who dealt with us was very pleasent, he knew what we were talking about / trying to explain. He kept working on different deals for us, never forced us to make a decision and was just excellent in his knowledge of beds and mattresses. Good job Arthur, see you in another 8 - 10 years.

We came in to the store with the understaning that we were going to buy a bed. We had not comtemplated the range of beds which would be available or the quality of service we would get explaining the products to us including pillows. We found what we were looking for and the salesman priced things up for us. We went away and researched and found cheaper alternatives, so we went back to store and Arthur price matched everything giving us the best possible price. I found his patience admiring as we spent the best part of 3 hours there spread over 2 evenings. We managed to get everything we needed and more, with a great option on pay monthly. Thank you so much Arthur for taking your time out to help us choose our bed and our pillows. We've been using the pillows and have found that you were right- 80% less turning! Can't wait for our bed to arrive tomorrow! Thanks again.

The sales assistant made the experience excellent because he had so much knowledge about all his products & he listened to what we needed. he had tremendous amount of patience, made us feel very special.
