The customer service was outstanding and the team were extremely friendly and made us a cup of tea

The staff were friendly and had a lot of product knowledge allowing me to make an informed decision.

On my first visit to the Feltham branch on 18th March, my wife and I were approached by Guy, who politely offered assistance. We instantly took up his offer, having never experienced purchasing beds in the past (our first home). Guy listened to our needs and directed us to the types of products we were interested in. We knew Guy was very knowledgeable as the items he showed us were within our price range and met our standards of quality. The single bedframe we chose may have been too large for the room we intended and instead of applying any pressure, Guy politely suggested that we return home to measure up and return when we were next available, which we did. I returned the following afternoon with our 1 year old son and insisted to liaise with Guy. He had remembered everything we wanted and kindly made me a coffee while I prepared my son's milk. After the coffee (and milk) had gone down, Guy started preparing our order while my son explored. The order, having ticked all our boxes, would be delivered on 24th March. Guy happily assisted me with our new pillows/duvets and protectors. All in all, a great, simple experience with super friendly, informative staff. 10/10. Thanks.

I went to the store after checking the website told Arthur what I required and the the price quoted online.Arthur showed me the product ,the color ranges and the delivery options. After agreeing all this we agreed term's and delivery dates.I then left the shop happy especially with the forty mattress option.

The sales assistant was fantastic ,he know all the answers for my questions and even had time to wait while we tested the mattress's .
