Ray was very friendly and helpful. He listened to my needs and we found the right mattress for me. I had in the past at a different company been supplied with a product that did not meet my requirments and they would not replace the mattress. Dreams has delivered a good nights sleep and the 40 nights guarantee. The first nights sleep was amazing and was just want I needed. Thank you so much

The Store Manager understood what we wanted and understood exactly what we wanted.

We found the display in store gave a large selection of mattresses and we were able to easily walk between the beds and 'try out' the products. Our assistant, a chap called Guy, gave us helpful information without being over attentive and was efficient in finalising the paperwork and delivery details. All in all we came away from the store quite satisfied with our purchase and experience. At the time of writing we have not yet received the mattress and time will tell if we have made the right choice or if we have to take you up on your returns policy. We hope to enjoy the former and not have to take advantage of the latter.

We shopped at our local Dreams in Feltham on the 14th January 16, and were so impressed with the helpful colleague Guy, and the delivery drivers that less than a month later when we required another mattress we had no hesitation returning to the store and we were impresses that the same store colleague Guy, remembered us.

Visited store in felt ham, middx. Very helpful assistant , did not try to force sale gave us plenty of time, was a nice change not to be pounced on immediately. The gentlemans name was guy.

Very good knowledge of the products. Asked our requirements and not told us. Patient whilst we tried the different mattress and advised us of the benefits of each different type. Found him very polite and friendly.
