Guy was the member of staff who assisted us st the Feltham store. He listened to our needs and our confusion over the type of bed we wanted and helped us to find our dream bed

The service we was given was brilliant and Arthur the store manager at feltham branch was fantastic he explained everything about the product and the details of the product and offer at the time. I would highly recommend dreams to friends and family.

Firstly we were welcomed by the staff as soon as we entered the showroom and as soon as we explained him our requirement he understood our need and showed us the mattress we were looking for and we decided to make the purchase. Followed by the lady staff was kind to offer us cuppas and loved that hot tea in a chilly day. Thank you.

The store was well laid out and we offered help shortly after we arrived. Guy listened to our needs and gave us a number of options outlining the pros and cons of each one. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He was not pushy and left us alone to discuss our options.

Arthur the Sales Assistant was very helpful and quickly guided us to the problem we wanted. They even gave us a cup of tea while we went through the paperwork. Very friendly
