We were immediately welcomed on entering the store and dealt with in a courteous way by the sales adviser,who was friendly and knowledgeable.He took time to ascertain our needs and advise us of products to suit the requirements. It is really that simple and that's why we were highly satisfied with our experience.

The man that help me at your Feltham branch was very helpful with out being pushy, didn't pushy others products in my face like a lot of sales team. He also spoke to my daughter who is 10 , which was good as the bed was for her and she ultimately will make the final decision.

The salesman was very helpful knowledgeable without being pushy, which I liked. He explained and answered all of my questions in a polite manner letting me know the pro's and cons of the different beds we looked at. We also went back the next day and purchased the insurance for the ottoman base.
