I was able to get what I wanted. Assistant took time to discuss options but then was discreet and left me to make my decision without any pressure. Once I had all information (from knowledgeable assistant) I was able to make my purchase straight away. Quick ordering system. Looking forward to getting my new bed!

The questions you have put to me adequately identify how I felt about the experience. I hoped for an earlier delivery but I have no complaints otherwise.

From entering the shop, my son in law, my 1 year old granddaughter and myself, were greeted with a friendly approach. A lot of time and patience was shown to us, particularly taking into account my little granddaughter. Questions were answered very satisfactorily and we received a very thorough visit and most importantly, we did not feel rushed or pushed into any situation.
