Dreams - Feltham

I was very unwell on the day and did not realise it was a bank holiday...I was not feeling very patient and there were a few children jumping on the beds, so I asked the assistant to show me 3 mattresses in my price range, sat and laid on all 3 and chose the dearest one that was recommended....it was a quick sale and the guy was helpful

I had been in the store about 1 minute when a lovely lady offered me tea or coffee, in a really nice way. I browsed a little without interruption (which is what I wanted) and then when I was ready to consul a sales assistant was there. He listened to what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about the products. I had a particular problem with my neck and he again asked for details and then suggested a pillow product (I tried it overnight last night and already feel a huge benefit). There was no sales pressure applied, I was allowed to spend as much time as I wanted laying on the beds and trying things out. I was given information about the differences, and all my questions were answered well. The delivery/collection service was explained, as was the 40 day comfort exchange. I felt very well cared for and was happy to make the purchase.

Guy the person assisting me was very knowledgable and was very friendly and helpful. No pressure what so ever.

Excellent customer service and good value for money

We had a wander around looking at and testing different beds for five minutes or so. Arthur came over and asked us if we needed any assistance. We asked him to explain the difference between the Tempur mattresses and pillows on display. He went into great detail without bombarding us with technical phrases, and went on to explain the benefits of a Tempur mattress against any other style. He then left us to carry on browsing at our leisure, which was nice because we did not feel pressurised. He assisted us again once we had made our decision and took care to explain all payment choices and the terms of the option we chose. He was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly without being over-bearing. It made a remarkable change in today's world of shop assistants who seem to think you are their best buddy the minute you walk into a store!

Rahman was polite. He took time to explain about the product. He was quick and efficient.

Arthur listened to what we needed and was available to offer many alternatives to enable us to make a choice suitable for a small bedroom.

Arthur the store Manager at Feltham was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy and we're made a lovely cup of coffee! We got great service and value for money on the products we purchased.

Quick Easy Friendly

We had assistance as soon as we walked in, till when we left the store. He gave good advise and knew every answer to any questions we asked.
