On arrival to the store, we were immediately approached by a very kind and friendly shop assistant Guy, and he helped us throughout our shopping. He was helpful and very knowledgable about the products. He was very patient and assisted us with any enquirers we had. When we chose our products he was vey helpful with setting up payments and the whole experience was very pleasant and enjoyable.

This Dreams branch is close to where we live. The salesman: Guy was extremely helpful and had very good knowledge of the products. He was very helpful in enabling us to make the right decision taking into considerations our need and budget. He was very understanding and gave us ample time to browse through the products and he didn't try to impose on us at all. He was very professional yet very friendly.

Desperately needed to replace our mattress. Was dreading the whole thing. Your assistant in your Feltam store was fantastic, knowledgable, not pushy, advised us in terms of our needs, made us a drink! For going to buy a mattress, it was actually an enjoyable experience!

We went to Dreams Feltham. The first time around Arthur educated us on the various types of beds and got us to try them. We went out of the store knowing so much more about beds in a way we never thought before. The 2nd time we went to place the order. Arthur helped us to get what we were looking for.
