I was served by Glen, he was most helpful when I explained what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable, attentive when required and willing to help me as much as he could. This was my second purchase this year from this store and both transactions were completed with professionalism. I would recommend Dreams to my family and friends.

We visited the Feltham store and were greeted upon entering. The store manager a lovely gentleman called Arthur was extremely knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with us. We chose a mattress at his recommendation as it would suit our needs the best and went through a finance deal. I cannot compliment enough the store and staff, exceptional customer service!!

My sales assistant (Guy) was exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable and steered me to the right product for my needs. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone seeking assistance at your store.

As soon as I entered the store I was welcomed. I told the staff member what I wanted and was very satisfied by my visit I wanted a mattress the same as purchased before and the gentleman looked up my order from five years ago. Very attentive.

We were supported by Adam in our bed selection, he also provided details of delivery, disposal and other services. Hi attitude, appearance, and helpfulness were first class. i would employ him myself!!! We aso got a great deal on ex-demo product.

Shown the items iI was interested in promptly, given all the info I required, very helpfull witgh availability, in fact I went away but placed order with branch by phone 7 days later and imediatley recognised me, so did not need clarification as the store had all my details to hand, impressed. I returned later and ordered a sofa bed and the next day 3 items of bedroom furniture. only negative comments I have, deliveries are to long, and Feltham store has no displays of soifa beds, I had to visit your Carrisbrooke I O W Store to see them, and again they were mosdt helpfull

The sales assistant gave us time to try out a few different mattresses and showed us the types of beds available for the size we wanted and the price range, he was very friendly and helpful.
