Dreams - Feltham

Guy the colleague who advised us was very patient and helpful ,showing us all the standards of beds available to the size we required.We were very satisfied by the service we received and will return when we need any other bedding .This was our first visit to a Dreams store and we were very impressed with the service received.Please pass our thanks on to Guy for his help.

Friendly service, given plenty if time to decide and were not pressurised into buying something.

our Dreams representative was Tony and he was very thorough. He wasn't pushy just on had to answer every question, which he did. every doubt I ad in spending that much he managed to quash. I went in with a £300 budget and came out with a £1,500 bed.... go figure.

I hadn't realised that there was so much choice when it came to replacing my mattress. it seemed very confusing the assistant explained things very clearly encouraged me to try out the different types of mattress and was on hand to complete the purchase

The salesman Guy, came over quickly, he was nice and friendly and had good info about the products. It was busy but he processed my order as quickly as he could by doing it manually

upon entering the store i was helped straight away by Arthur in feltham store. He knew excatley what i needed when i explained my needs and his help was unbelieable. I never felt rushed or a nusience as i didnt have a clue what i wanted. Would definitley go back again. Thank you

Very good service in store. Were looking for orthopedic mattress which the member of staff talked us through the different levels and comfort etc.

Very good choice of bed bases and mattresses to choose from, all clearly labelled with excellent explanations and prices very clear. Tony, our server, was not pushy, but happy to help us when we needed. He was very efficient and friendly.
