We were politely asked if we needed any help shortly after entering the store. ARTHUR listened to what we said and fully explained our options. He gave unbiased options & allowed us time to make our decision. Once we decided which mattress to purchase, he offered a full range of payment options & also a quick delivery option

I was approached in a highly professional manor by a store worker who had in depth product knowledge and understanding of product requirements from a customer point of view.

We got every thing we needed and really quick delivery . The gentleman that served us was great really knew his stuff ,we tried a few mattresses out and he never pressured us into buying the most expensive just the one we thought suited our needs .

We was highly satisfied as we found the item we was looking for instantly, and with the help from a colleague we managed to get this item and have 0% finance set up easily.

Could not of asked for any more help staff very helpful and friendly. While decideing we were made coffee which was very appreciated.

There was only one man working at the time we visited and there ended up being at least 5 customers he had to deal with all by himself. He was calm, professional and made sure our needs were met and stayed friendly through out. It was however extremely hot in the store which we commented on but as he was on his own he couldn't leave the door open incase he missed a customer entering the store.
