Clean, well laid out store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Efficient service

Arthur the salesman was very knowledgeable and he knew which bed was right for me. I was offered a drink which was nice. The store was really hot though and aircon would have made the visit more pleasurable.

The salesperson did not use high pressure tactics he was helpful but not pushy. He gave us time and space to try the beds and didn't try to push the expensive ones but gave is the information to make up our minds. He obviously knew about the beds so we felt confident in taking his advice.

Visited the Feltham Branch, we were offered assistance when we required it, and not hassled while browsing, when we needed assistance, it was available immediately, we were served by Guy who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. very happy with the service we received and wouldn't hesitate returning to this store.

We knew basically what we wanted and the manager named Tony was very helpfull and Informentive in helping us pick exactly what we wanted

The members of staff were very helpful and if they were unsure of anything they would check with the manager for his advice. The manager had a lot of knowledge on different mattress and helped us to find the correct mattress that would suit my and my fiancé.

Upon entering the store I was greeted warmly by a member of staff and shown around the store. All further staff members I came across were highly knowledgeable about all of the products available and were able to assist me very well in finding the right mattress for me. The day was also particularly hot and my mother and I were offered bottles of water for refreshment, which I felt was a lovely touch. Overall we were very satisfied with the service and the efficiency of the staff. In particular the warmth and friendly nature of one staff member of particular made this experience fantastic; his name is Anthony.
