Dreams - Feltham

Service provided was excellent.The sales manager/person on duty was helpful,friendly and provided all the information we needed. Overall he was very co-operative and knew exactly what we were looking for.

The store has 2 late nights open till 8pm which meant we could get there after work to place our order with a memeber of staff. It is local to where we live

I suffer from Chronic back pain due to on going health problems. I made the sales assistant whose name is Guy aware of this, he talked through all the various different mattresses the store stocked. He was very attentive, and provided a self catered service to my individual needs. I made him aware that I have budget and he was helpful in advising what bed will be suitable within my price range. Guy was very helpful and spent over an hour with us making sure we were fully satisfied with our purchase.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Gave good advice.

I was able to find a bed and mattress within my budget within half an hour of visting the store in feltham, with the help of a very polite member of staff

Gentleman we dealt with called Guy was excellent had great product knowledge! We had not bought a mattress in many years and things have move on in regards to technology and we were steered in the right direction and no question was too small!

Arthur, the store manager, helped me to buy my first bed for my first property. He was friendly, knowledgable and took time to explaine everything to me. From slats to memory foa - he knew it all. His friendly demeanour made my visit very enjoyable.

Staff very polite, helpful, offered recommendations and not pushy sales approach also local to where I live

The store manager who served me was extremely helpful and even when I couldn't initially decide which bed I wanted he went through everything again and showed me all the different beds available.
