Especially due to the service we received from the store manager Arthur. He was very helpful, friendly and really knew the products. I love the fact that he was not pushy at all or pressured us to buy in any way. We could not have been happier with the service and really appreciate it.

Me and my family were served by Anthony in the feltham dreams store. He was very helpful in helping us choose the right bed and mattress and he did not rush us in making a decision. We changed our minds a lot and he was very patient and understanding to this. The service was professional and Anthony had a great sense of humour which made the experience enjoyable. I would most definitely recommend this store to others

Guy the sales assistant was very informative and it felt like he aimed to give value for money. He was courteous and extremely helpful; pointed out savings and comparisons of products. I actually only went to buy one bed and bought two.
