The assistant, Guy, was very courteous and extremly helpful and friendly answering all the questions we had regarding the wooden bed frame. He even measured the height of the bed for us as there was a maximum height I was looking for. The paperwork was completed in a very professional manner. Excellent customer service!

I spoke to the shop assistant Guy, told him what I was looking for and wanted to compare matresses in a similar class to the one purchased. He showed me the different matrreses and then I tried them all out with new pillows. Helpful and didn't rush me.

The attendant at Dreams, Feltham gave us some space to try the beds when we arrived and were making our decision. When we needed help or guidance we were able to go to him and he provide us with all the information regarding warrantees, delivery etc. He was very friendly and easy to talk to.

I needed to buy a TV and a bed and I walked past the dreams store and I saw that there was a clearance sale and I found a TV bed and met a member of staff and after that I bought the bed within 5 minutes and free delivery on the Saturday it came and I was very happy with that and the bed was fab and the people who put it in were also very nice.

Found exactly what we were looking for within minutes, the assistant was very helpful. I even brought a bed that I didn't intend to buy on the day but the price and quality was not to be missed
