From the time I entered the store I was allowed to view then the assistant asked if I need help. I explained I had just had a knee replacement and the man (Arthur) was extremely attentive to my needs and helped me choose the right bed for my comforts. He allowed me to choose with the right advice and met my financial budget. Thank you Arthur for your support and advice in a pleasurable purchase.

The salesman was very friendly and patient. He gave me the opportunity to feel all different mattresses until I chose the one I like. He didn't pressure me at all cause some salesman will make you choose what they want or make you buy something which is out of your reach Guy was extremely helpful

your sales guy was patient and attentive, he wasn't pushy ( good point ) what he said was true, what he said I felt I could trust, just right for me, and I'm fairly intolerant of bad sales staff.

I found your sales person Arthur very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He guided me through my purchases and was able to answer all my questions immediately. I would refer any friend or family member to him if they required a bed or other furniture. Nothing was to much for him.

Guy at the Feltham store was very friendly upon our arrival, pointed out the best mattresses. We chose a tempur mattress as my partner has had one previously as he used to work for Tempur. Guy put our order through quickly and with no problems. Very satisfied with the customer service received :)
