the customers service was really good, the employee had good product knowledge and gave good advice. He also listened to our needs and budget and helped us reach our needs

so far so good. We weren't definitely planning on buying a bed that day but our assistant was very good. Now we just have to wait for delivery to be completely satisfied.

Because the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. They were experienced in their knowledge of your products and suitability. They were also very helpful in getting us as early a delivery slot as possible.

The Assistant was knowledgeable and friendly and pointed us in the right direction with good advice.

Your colleague asked on our arrival if he could be of any help we said we were just browsing and he left us to our own devices which we appreciated. Then was readily available and helpful when we decided on our purchase.

Service at the Feltham branch was very good, his product knowledge was extremely usfull and we did not feel under pressure to buy.

The person at the store- I believe his name was Guy- extremely Friendly and attentive. He took time to understand and talk about what I needed in terms of a new mattress and made my mum feel really cared for when discussing potiental products for recommendation on our visit. The store was clean, very welcoming and had a lot of products on display- which was great. The order was placed and the delivery staff- 2 gentlemen- I believe was called Leeroy/ Delroy and another gentlemen- were very respectful when coming to my home to deliver- one had taken his shoes off and the other had covers on whilst entering the bedroom to put the mattress down. This was a great thing to see as the experience from the beginning to the very end was attentive. I will be coming back again for more products in the future. The mattress itself- Cloud 22- is a cloud literally, its been really easy to get used to and feels like my own already!
