Dreams - Feltham

I visited the Hounslow store and it was closed, then after visited the next nearest store in Feltham and the store had less options than the website.

The reason I went to the store was to see the bed I liked online. And before visiting the store, I'd called the Customer Services to check which store had that on display. They confirmed it was in Feltham branch, so I decided to go there. The branch had the bed but not in the 'faux leather' option that I'd asked for. But I did buy the bed as I could see a similar bed in fabric. It would've been nice to see the particular bed I bought, but wasn't a big problem. Am waiting for it to be delivered now...

I bought two mettreass and I always buy fro dream . I got mattresses toper one only but if I buy 2 then I supposed to get 2. But it was offer and they give me only one toper so not highly satisfied

Overall experience was highly satisfactory however just felt the cost of the mattress we eventually bought was quite high
