I placed my order on a weekend at the end of a sale offer, I felt the store could have benefited from having more staff available for placing orders. Also considering the items I purchased were on sale that the prices could have been more competitive against rival companies.

We had to wait for our turn as there was a queue at the store. There seemed to be not enough staff to service the customers. Product we viewed online and showed in stock at that store was not on display and we could not view and experience it in store.

The bed which we chose was not available for delivery until end of May due to stock availability issues. The bed was from your new range and therefore I consider it poor service that it is on display in your stores yet unavailable for such a long time.

The salesman has to attend to several customers at the same time .He dealt very effeciently.

The old bed needs to be dismantled which is a bit of a nuisance.
