The product itself was fine and the assistant knew lots about the products but he was clearly not too happy to be at work and we felt it.

The shop in Feltham was boiling hot with no air con, my wife had to keep going out. We ended up spending more time in shop and ended up spending £4 on car park.

Overpriced and over sell in some stores

I did not understand the situation on the pillows very well. When we were sat down sorting the bill out the gentleman said he had given us 2 free sets of pillows. When explained how they are free just didn't make sense why 20 was taken of mattress 20 of pillows. Then I wasn't even given the pillows.

I was very satisfied really. The sales assistant was extremely helpful and scored top marks. It's not my idea if a great time out buying a bed!

Dreams had exactly the bed I required at an excellent price, the service was first class with the assistant being very helpful and having a great product knowledge, I would recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a new bed... First rate.

First staff member although polite did not understand my need however when passed to second team member the above issue rectified Obviously you can stock everything so a slight compromise has to be made We are all looking for a better bargain I.e always cheaper Highly satisfied is a tall order However good staff service would and have used dreams before would again

I pointed out to to the assistant that we may have a problem with the height of the headboard on the Ottoman bed not fitting under the wardrobes we have. On checking the headboard would not fit, on checking online we found an ottoman without a headboard I feel that the store assistant should have informed us that you stocked an ottoman bed without a headboard. We have now changed our order via customer services.
