A tiny lack of passion and enthusaims

I had visited 2 Dreams stores to look at the Helsinki Bed and none of them had the bed on show which was very disappointing. I had to make the purchase blind.

We are satisfied with the sale. Order hasn't arrived yet but Im sure it will be as good as it was demostrated

Disposal old matresses needed packing up in plastic bags (very awkward job) especially when its chargeable to me, and bed frames had to be dissassebled. It should be no charge to me. i was doing all the work, and dreams nothing except basic removal in the van.

The free delivery option is good, however die to the massive time scale I was required to pay a premium in order to select an AM or PM slot.

We were given a green bag to place our old mattress in .

There was only one member of staff so had to wait a good 15 minutes to be served. Was not happy with having to pay £38 for removal of my old mattress considering I just spent over £1200. The salesman Guy could not have been any more helpful top marks.

Guy was very helpful throughout. He did not pressure us, but was happy to help whenever we had a query, and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process quick and easy to understand.

There was only one staff member working so things took a bit longer to get done.
