Just 11 days for delivery, too long

Guy was the assistant that served us and we were highly satisfied with him but the delivery chaps weren't so helpful this time as we're the other ones who delivered another mattress earlier in the year, the former ones realised we were of mature age and disabled and helped as much as they could.

Feltham store was VERY hot, and only one assistant who was busy taking an order from another customer when we arrived. He was very helpful, but we had to wait for quite a while for him to help us

The store was unbearable heat wise which ment it wasn't enjoyable shopping there and as I have not yet had the bed delivered or slept in the bed it is hard to say yet how satisfied I am,

Considering we viewed and chose the mattress we eventually purchased ourselves, there was not a great deal if salesmanship involved. However the staff were polite and attentive.

You should offer by poster that two hours parking charges will be refunded while shopping at your shop,or have some other arrangement so that the customer should feel free for parking. If there is price reduced to the frame, there should be price reduced to the mattress and display by posters. There should be a consideration for senior cityzens, cash buyers.

The manager in your Feltham store had sorted the problem before I got to the store to complain. He offered me tea or a coffee and showed me where it had been cleaned.

There was only two terminals to process the order, it meant a wait until one became available. So had to sit through overhearing someone else' order being processed.

There is always room to improve. But the staff were helpful and not in your face. The gentleman we spoke to was very knowledgeable. We were very happy with our visit.
