We received very prompt service and the sales representative was polite and very knowledgeable.

The store was very hot, had no fan and made me want to run out of the store as soon as possible

The credit company web site took ages

It would be good to have a virtual terminal sort of thing where one can try out different combinations like bed frame, head board, mattress etc and try to visualise their own design, that would really be the icing on the cake. It's all very good but can be a little bit better is my suggestion.

Good service provided by store manager. Understood our need.

Availability not apparent when in store,only when assistant came to me ,I was ready to go elsewhere.

There s always a scope for improvement in every field.

I cannot claim to be highly satisfied until i have experienced a good nights sleep with the mattress suggested. This does not mean that i am not satisfied with my experience at dreams.

Given the technology involved in mattresses, I would have thought that computer simulations were available.

The staff member who served me was friendly and polite however I wouldn't have said his knowledge of the products was what I would have expected.
