Dreams - Feltham

I haven't had delivery of my mattress so not had the complete Dreams experience yet

We were looking beds and mattress. We have got good bed frame but not satisfied with mattress options. They were not many as we expected.

I was very happy that all.

The Staff in the Feltham store were extremely friendly and listened carefully to our needs. The store was busy but we were offered assistance as soon as we entered the store. The sales assistant that served us had vast knowledge of the different types of mattresses available and the options that were within our budget. He was very persuasive and was able to offer us a slight discount on the products we purchased so we could afford to make the purchase. I would have been highly satisfied with the experience if we had been offered free delivery. As I was spending a lot of money on the bed and the mattress, I expected delivery to be included. From looking online at the products, free delivery seemed to be an option.

Great service, slighly limited options to choose from, especially bed frames.

There wasn't enough staff available so we had to wait

The Delivery charge...... your good on product price and try to make up the difference by an expensive delivery charge....not impressed...!!!!!!!!!

Assistant was new, needed help from a colleague to help us, but she was very willing and pleasant.

Some of the beds and pillows on display were a bit grubby. Disposable covers would be a good idea.
