The advisor didn't explain the additional costs involved in the purchase eg cost of deliver, cost of the green bag and the cost of taking the old mattress away until I saw it on the bill. He should have ben upfront with it.

Initial service was a little slow, it was hard to tell who was queueing and who was just waiting after they'd already been served. Staff should know who's next rather than having to ask. However, it was a bank holiday and was busy and they were helpful and knowledgeable once I spoke to them.

Same as previous answers I chose the mattress but when looking on the system we couldn’t get a delivery date for the mattress so we had to chose a more expensive mattress to be assured of close delivery date … not good at all but no fault of the staff in the store they were helpful

Not a problem with the store apart from layout no sense of order, but really anoyed at the length of the delivary date on what is a standard iteam

I went into the store to look for a new mattress. I wanted to pay around £200 for a medium comfort mattress. I was sold a mattress that was on a sale for £199.00 but he did not tell me it was only available as a firm mattress. I did say a the beginning of the conversation that I wanted a medium mattress which he asked at what price. It appeared all he had was more than £200 apart from the one in the sale, so I decided to take the Halliday that was mentioned, not knowing it was only available as a firm mattress. What's more I was not told there were mattresses cheaper on line, so was left with the impression that there were no cheaper mattresses at Dreams. Having received it I was angry at having been sold the wrong mattress. It's like sleeping on the floor it's so hard. To improve it I went and brought a topper from Argos. It turned out to be cheaper than trying to get the mattress changed apart from the fact I am stuck with it for a month anyway!!

In Feltham store there is no air conditioning, in this warm weather is very uncomfortable for customers thus putting them off entering store, and not wanting to look around, also is extremely uncomfortable for the staff who work there and I would expect a large company like dreams to look after its staff more effectively,so I would not recommend accessing this store as dreams does not seem to value working conditions of their staff or the experience for their customers. Also find it strange you charge for Saturday delivery as this is the most convenient day for people.
