Only two members of staff in the store. As I entered there was only 1 member of staff in site. The 1 member of staff was with a customer and did not leave the customers side for about 25 minutes to even acknowledge I was there and looking for help. The other member of staff eventually surfaced and explained they were on a break and started to assist however he said I just need to try every single bed and did not really provide answers to my questions such as recommendations for lower back problems recommendations for people that sleep on their side and every time a customer came in store would leave me although I was in the middle of asking questions. All the customers that came into the store whilst I was there did not purchase anything. I made a purchase yet feel like I was treated with attention and had to refer to the internet and my mother to assist with answering most of my questions so was not fully happy with the assistance

I spoke to an advisor who failed to send out my receipt dI'd not bother contacting me back I won't be using dreams again apart from the delivery driver everyone else was rude

The store was like a greenhouse I nearly fainted in there no ventilation, no aircon or fans Doors were kept shut The college helping me offered water and was very helpful but the store was a safety issue

Ordered a matress and was told delivery date of 17th. Computer system crashed and order had to be processed manually. Lost the 17th date and next date was over a week later!

I am deeply disappointed with the mattress that I have bought because it doesn’t look 1000 pocket sprung.I was in a rush therefore I have not returned the product.

Quoted one date for delivery and offered a free protection cover with purchase. Once the shop assistant called me back delivered date was pushed back by 10 days! And the protection cover was added to order for an extra £15. I’m highly dissatisfied, this is 2020 and waiting 26 days for a delivery from inside the UK is a joke. I have recently ordered something from Hawaii that took two weeks to reach me. Incredibly poor and slow service.
