Dreams - Feltham

Staff were highly unhelpful on the phone and had no clue how to help me. I ended up placing 3 orders by mistake due to an issue with your online orders. I’ve had to cancel them in store however the order was not cancelled properly and I was charged for all orders. Finally sorted now but took far too much time and hassle to sort it out.

we bought bed, mattresses and a mattress topper on the 24th of September. Bed and mattresses were delivered on 27th but as mattress topper was in the stock we carried it with us. We didn't open the mattress topper until our bed and mattresses were delivered which was 27th of September. When we opened the mattress topper to put on top of the mattress, we have noticed that it was stained (yellow/orange kind of cover) and it wasn't just a little bit, the stains were totally visible. I live in southall and the dream store is in feltham, due to my work commitment, I couldn't take the mattress topper back straight away, thinking that dream is a reputable company and I would have 28 days return policy. I took it back on 08/10/2017 but the customer service adviser said that as we didn't bring it back straight away they are not going to take it back. The reason they have given us is that the mattress topper was damp. We only open that topper once and after noticing stains put it back straight away, it was in my car boot over the night so it was cold but no where near damp. The mattress topper looks really dirty, it doesn't look hygienic and I am worried about my son's health using it.

I expected a delivery of mattress bed and headboard within a two hour slot I got the mattress and headboard but no specific time for base they said maybe I get a base today or tomorrow which is very bad as the base was dismantled so I will have nothing to sleep on tonight I finally got a delivery time for after 3 o clock which is still what was promised a 2 hour slot for delivery very dissatisfied as I had plans for today which I can not fulfill as I have to wait in for the base.
