Friendly helpful staff

The assistant who helped us and placed the order, Rajesh, was absolutely excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He couldn't have done more and explained everything extremely well.

The employee called Bhupen at Feltham was so helpful, polite, patient whilst I tried all the beds- he knew his stuff and answered all my questions courteously.

The gentleman who dealt with us (Guy) was amazing. He wasn't one of those horrible pushy in your face salesman, he listened to what we were after, showed us some products and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. He took us through everything needed to place our order and arranged the delivery. It was amazing to see a disabled toilet also, please don't get rid of it.

Polite and friendly service. He made recommendations and tried to help as much as possible.

Greeted as I walked in. I was given cold water when I walked in Was allowed to lay and sit on any bed I wanted to. Was taken over to the Dreams testing bed where it examined my body and the best fit mattress for me. Was asked the suitable questions for buying a mattress. Once finished on the testing bed. Was taken to the mattress fit for me and a comfy pillow Chose the best mattress for my body and was taken over to the counter to purchase and talked though everything in detail.

We we’re helped straight away no waiting around asked if we would like a drink very pleasant man showed us various options

The assistant gave us all the info we needed, explained the options clearly and the implications. Bed arrived very quickly. The mattress is harder than it seemed in the shop but we will try it a couple more nights.
