Bhupen and the other assistants were all very friendly and approachable. Bhupen was great at being there but also not intrusive. We would highly recommend to others.

Sales assistant Guy was very attentive and we were attended to and also left alone to make a decision in the correct quantities and also able to answer all of our questions and explained our options very clearly.

Very very helpful great knowledge of beds and mattresses helped me without any force to buy but made me feel very comfortable as I was guided round the store and answered every question I asked a great service will definitely going back when I need another bed for my other bedroom

We have purchased two mattresses in recent years with little success in terms of finding a mattress that provides a good night’s sleep. Rajesh helped us find a suitable alternative without being too pushy but yet still being attentive to our needs.

I was greeted on arrival by a salesman named Guy, who was very welcoming. After asking what I was looking for, & taking note of my requirements, he gave me a brief outline of the products available. He then suggested I try your computerised testing bed. He was also very kind & offered me some water. After this finished he selected a few mattresses for me to try out, one of which I finally selected to purchase. He outlined the offers that were applicable, & once I had all the information I needed I said i'd think about it for a couple of days. I returned 4 days later to buy my mattress, & Guy kindly took my order. He again told me of any connected offers, & I purchased a pack of 4 pillows & an extended warrenty. He also gave me a mattress cover. I was highly satisfied with my experience & can recommend Guy as an excellent salesman. I shall definitely visit Dreams the next time I need a new bed/mattress & would have no hesitation in recommending the company to any one else.

Guy, our salesman knew his stuff. We told him what we wanted and he spent time explaining the advantages and possible disadvantages. He was not pushy for a sale but as a result of his considerable knowledge and experience we confidently placed an order.

Great store, staff and their knowledge. The problem arose with the product itself. Bracket was bent, screw hole was covered and there was a chip in the headboard. Eventually got some compensation back though
