Bhupen was very helpful and patient, helping us to workout the best bed and headboard for my daughter's needs. Offering ideas on possible colours that could be mixed/matched that I hadn't even thought of.

I enjoyed Bhupen service, he paid attention to all our requests and helped us to get the best option for us. We went to the store thinking of buying a mattress, and end up buying the pillows and the bed as well. All thanks to Bhupen who is an amazing seller.

Rajesh at the Feltham store was really helpful. We visited twice looking for single divan beds for my children. He was kind and helpful to them and found me solutions within my budget with an excellent delivery time. I bought my own bed from Dreams Feltham five years ago and it’s been so good I came back to get beds for my girls ( they have outgrown their bunk bed).

Had a very stress-free and enjoyable experience here. Had an appointment with Guy who was extremely knowledgeable, understood our budget, genuine and not pushy in any way. I am very indecisive but Guy was patient and gave us lots of mattress options to try. I decided against a bed I thought I wanted and wasn't made to feel guilty/pressured into buying which so many sales representatives try to do these days. Made me want to spend my money there. Decided on two Tempur cloud pillows and a mattress instead. Best sales experience I have had in a long time. Thank you! Will definitely return.

Excellent service from the store assistant. Fully explained the workings of the test bed and then fully explained the options suggested.

From entering we were welcomed by the staff. We were helped in finding the items we wanted. Everything went pleasantly and we felt that they had our best interest at heart. Very pleasant experience.
