Guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was buying a mattress for my daughter and he spoke to her as well as me to check what we were looking for. He offered us a bottle of water as it was such a hot day, which was a nice gesture. It was a pleasant experience overall.

The new manager at Feltham served us. We were shopping for a mattress and bed for my elderly Dad who was in a wheelchair. The assistant spent lots of time with us, understanding our needs. He provided bottles of water and showed us lots of suitable options, several times checking availability. He was sensitive to Dad’s needs. Really good Covid measures were demonstrated in store. We successfully ordered mattress, divan and headboard.

Edmund was very pleasant and most helpful and patient while we tried lots of mattresses. He answered all our questions and processed the order very efficiently.

We were greeted on arrival but given the time we needed to browse. There was no hard sell. Our assistant took his time to explain everything to us and his knowledge was extensive. The product range was enough that you didn't feel overwhelmed. The store was clean, and they hygiene standard was excellent.
