Guy, the assistant was very helpful, he listened to my requirements with my wife suffering from severe back pain, and was very patient whilst we tried several different mattresses

I was very happy with my experience at Dreams. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. I was allowed to try different mattresses to be sure I am happy as I have pain problems. I will definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends.

Very helpful staff. Nice quality products

The sales assistant was fantastic - his name was Guy. He spent time listening to what we needed. Gave us space to look and then returned when we looked up for him. His knowledge was excellent and we felt like our custom was appreciated and wanted. The store was busy but he spent the time with us, that we needed, to make a choice, place the order and depart vey happy with the service we had received. One other point, the social distancing measures in place, made us feel very safe. Thank You.

Guy was very helpful, we came to look with no intention of making a decision the same day as we knew it was a big purchase and like to think things over first. However Guy answered all our questions and helped us select the right mattress and frame. He was also able to add pillows and others offers so we felt comfortable to purchase there and then.

Very well explained about what we want , about what you need

Two staff on duty, one was training and had only been there three days. Both the staff were excellent and initially the more experienced assistant was with another customer but the trainee really put us at ease and helped a lot before the main assistant came free. That suggested his initial training had been effective. The main assistant named Guy was excellent. Informative and very helpful. Very attentive but not pushy.
