The support from staff was excellent. We were dealt with quickly on arrival and from the start the member of staff was able to talk us through our options in terms of the products we could purchase and he was very clear on the pricing and costs.

Over the years we have bought many item from the store and always with satisfaction and the staff are helpful and understanding.

Guy was absolutely fantastic and helped us through the whole process with a friendly and knowledgable manner. He made us feel instantly at ease and helped us choose the perfect bed and mattress for us. He was chatty, funny and made the whole experience enjoyable.

We was served bu Guy and he was so helpful. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything but was advised and helped. After using the machine to see what mattress would be suitable. Guy took us to try some mattresses. The first one he showed us was not the most expensive but as soon as I tried the mattress I knew it was the one as did my husband. Guy did not pressure us to try anymore if we was happy with the mattress that we tried.

The customer service that we received was outstanding! Your colleague Amjed was friendly, extremely helpful and took the time to understand our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. He is a real credit to the Dreams Feltham team.
