Our Sales Rep whose name id Guy, understood our requirement and showed us our options within our budget. He was very patient whilst we were trying different mattress and didn't push us to rush into any decision. He answered all our query very patiently and his advise was really helpful.

We were shown the bed that checks which mattress would be suitable for us, and the shown a number of products that were suggested. The assistant ( Edmund ) was helpful and patient with my wife who has a walking frame.

Extremely helpful sales assistant and it is clear that both him and Dreams wanted to make sure I only bought the bedding which is best suited for me. Great technology was used to assist in this process. The only down side was the long wait for the bed to be delivered.
