Edmund was a great sales guy, great product knowledge and also very professional with Covid-19 guidance. My farther was extremely impressed as he is elderly.

The young chap that was assisting us during our visit was very accommodating. He took his time in assessing what we needed by identifying the type of mattress that we were supposed to buy and giving us multiple options. I forgot his name but we were impressed with his service and we would gladly recommend that store to everyone.

The colleague was very helpful and friendly. They provided us with water and a mask and they maintained distance. There was good costumer service as they kept precaution with health and safety and they also placed the order and made sure everything was done correctly. By the end we were satisfied with our purchase and the costumer service

From entry at the door we were talked through the Covid-safe routine in the store. Facemasks, hand sanitiser and gloves were offered to us by sales assistant Guy who was available immediately to help me with my query. I wanted to replace a Lily mattress that I had bought quite a few years back (sadly discontinues) but he showed me to the current 'Lily' which was just as comfortable! Guy answered all our questions regarding the manufacture and guarantee of the mattress. He also proffered two bottles of cold water - lifesaver! Thankfully a very easy, comfortable and swift transaction. Thank you Dreams!
