Having not bought a bed for a very long time, I was glad to have the advice of the assistant on the kind of mattress I would need, and was informed of a bed that measures your type of comfort level. Very useful. And, feel free to lie down on many beds as much as needed to help me make my mind up. Very grateful to the assistant for his much needed guidance.

The assistant showed me where the mattress was that I was interested in. He left me to make up my mind without any pressure. Ordering and paying was very straightforward.

I was given time to browse before I was approached by the Salesman (Mr. Edmunds). He found out what sort of bed I was looking for then took me round to view all the different types, no pressure at all. He was very informative and patiently answered all my questions. I was then offered coffee, which was very nice, and then he said that he wud leave me to have a good look at the beds and when I was ready he was available to sort things out. It was a very pleasurable experience and I wud not hesitate in recommending 'Dreams' to my friends and family. I hope your delivery men are just as efficient.
