I think it was a great experience because I could look around and see how neat and tidy the beds were made and floor was clean. I also noticed the friendliness of the employes and how hard they tried to make your experience a good one. Finally I would say they had a good amount of knowledge and clearly knew what they were doing.

A very helpful assistant made the whole process quick and easy.

Staff were very friendly and helped me get around the store as I was using a walking stick.

Guy and his manager were helpful but not pushy and answered all our questions

My order by phone to the Feltham branch was dealt with well. However, the previous day I had tried on the tele sales number which was a disaster. Firstly, I must say that the young man was not feeling well and struggling to cope so I don't hold it against him personally. The call lasted 23 minutes but the order had to be cancelled (after 2 attempts) due to 'a problem with my card'. I rang my card 's customer services - they could trace the activity on my account and said there was nothing wrong with the card so it must have been a typing error. The man in the Feltham branch the following day thought it might have been that Louisa (part of my address) might have been spelt wrongly.

Amjed took a lot of tome in order to help us to choose a new bed and mattress today. He started with the Sleep Match and showed us all of the mattresses tbat suited myself and my partner. He took his time with us as we spent about an hour from the time we went into the store to the time we left! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful.

I was approached as soon as I walked through the door, I was left to browse at my request and later approached to see if I needed further assistance, I had a couple of questions answered to my satisfaction, this prompted me to go ahead with the purchase, all was dealt with in a professional timely manner, extremely satisfying

The sales staff were attentive, polite and friendly and immediately offered help but at the same time, gave us space to discuss and compare beds according to Our own preferences.
