I was able to look around for a bit before I was approached I went in the bed thing which was good and I felt my needs was understood

We felt very welcomed when we entered the store and made us feel comfortable when looking for a mattress.

Excellent service from the guys in store first class service

I was served by Bharat to start with who could not of offered any better service. from the service on using the bed mattress selector. to offers of tea and coffee and the super helpful way he helped with selecting the right mattress. Edmund quickly processed my payment and swiftly resolved a IT issue he was having. while Edmund was doing the payment Bharat again offered tea and coffee and asked if I needed anything else or advice. All in all perfect service

I felt that my needs were met as an individual with no hard sell of a product that doesn't suit me.
