The sales person allowed me to look around then came to help me. He gave suggestions of other beds, even though I had one particular bed in mind which I purchased in the end. He supported me to find the right mattress and allowed me to test out a pillow. He even allowed me time to cool off by a fan as the shop was very very hot and due to me being pregnant. The sales person did not force me to make any purchase. He also explained the cover policies to protect my purchases which I opted for. I am very pleased with my purchase and can not wait for my bed to arrive! I also got a free mattress protector!

I went to Dreams knowing exactly the sofa bed I wanted, having looked online already. The previous day I called for some information and spoke to a very helpful and charming young man. When I went in the store (Feltham) he was actually there and again was very courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The Store Manager processed the transaction. He was equally friendly, helpful, thorough, efficient, beyond the normal sale transaction. When I next need something (probably the armchair matching my sofa), I will definitely go back to that store. Highly recommend to anyone. A very satisfied customer.
