A friendly greeting when we arrived and helpful service when we were there.

The store was extremely clean and Guy, the person who helped me was very friendly and made me feel welcoming into the store.

Edmuny (apologies if wrong) in feltham was friendly spent time explaining different mattresses carried out the test did not rush us or pressure us at any point he was polite and efficient and made us feel valued

The experienced person who served us was called Guy, who gave us 100% Attention and very polite and helpful

We were offered the right matttress tension through a series of tests. We were highly impressed as my mother is disabled and needed the correct type of bed for her condition. The sales representative in-store was professional, courteous and knowledgeable with the merchandise and directed us to appropriate beds/mattresses.

We came to Dreams to get our fist ever mattress. We were served by the sale associate named Guy. He was truly proffesional in his job! He was very polite and kind, even though we came quite late to the shop he didn’t rush us but took all the time needed to explain differences between the products. He listened to our needs and straight away suggested the right mattress! We didn’t feel as we were pushed to buy a product which was great, we got an honest opinion on what will be best for us. We were offered some pillows which we decided to buy and cover for our mattress. It was truly amazing experience from Guy! I would definitely come back to him if I needed another mattress. Excelent service.

Guy was the advisor and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience very smooth.
