Made me feel welcomed without being Intrusive. Made me feel at ease whilst I made my mind up Offered my refreshments which was nice. A welcoming store.

We manage to find very good products that fitted with our needs, thanks to the help of Edmund. He took time for us to provide a personal assistance to find what we needed. He helped us to find the perfect bed and mattress, also we are very happy with his knowledge and that he didn’t tried to push us to buy something more expensive. He really understood us and put himself in our shoes. We felt very confortable with him, he helped us with everything also we appreciate that even was a little busy other customers he always checked for us. Also the shop it’s very big with enough of options to check and try. The new system that checks with it can be the perfect bed for you help us to decide the mattress we bought as we both got medium firm. Without forgetting that the place was very clean as well. It’s cheaper to buy online but it’s not the same if you need buy this kind of things as you’ll need to try them. I really think you can’t choice something like this without trying it, and after trying almost all of them we seated in the right one we felt that it was that one. Really enjoyed the experience.

I was the only customer in Dreams so was seen straight away which was great! The assistant was thorough and I was shown all the options available. All completed in approx 45 mins.

The selection of beds and mattresses Dreams has in their store is excellent. I selected a premium quality bed and mattress which was suggested by you staff and I am very hopeful about having a good night sleep on it.

I WENT INTO BUY A BED AND MATTRESS FOR MY DAUGHTER - THE ASSISTANT WE HAD WAS GUY FROM THE FELTHAM STORE - HE HAD ALL THE TIME WE NEEDED AND WHEN THROUGH EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY WITH US , HE PUT MY DAUGHTER ON THE BED MACHINE TO SEE WHAT TYPE OF MATTRESS WOULD SUITE HER AND THEN WE WENT AND TRIED THE VARIOUS MATTRESS - HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE - WE EVEN BROUGHT PILLOWS AND MATRESS PROTECTOR - 1ST CLASS SALESMAN

Guy was a great salesman and helped us by showing us a wide variety of beds after throughly listening to our requirements. He was helpful without being pushy. Ha was patient with us as we had complicated needs. The paperwork was super speedy and he generally facilitated a very good fuss free. experience for us.
