Your member of staff was extremely helpful and was more than happy to help. Working on his own he was stretched between customers but found the time to discuss the beds in store and place the order.

We walked into our local store in Feltham, and found this interesting looking man inside the divan on enquiry he smiled and said 'oh I am the manager, I am just trying to fix this bed...' We attracted his attention after browsing around at various beds, and decided on two potential mattresses but found it very difficult to make a decision. Guy the manager stepped out of the divan smiled and curtly followed us to the two we had selected and explained to us in careful terms the ideal way to select a mattress for ones need. He wholeheartedly allowed us to lie on several mattresses which was a delightful experience. Pointing out that in doing so you can make an informed choice rather than simply sitting on the edge. Without using tacky sales persuasion the manager Guy stepped aside and enabled us to select the right mattress for our needs. Which was agreed by all three of us. The entire experience was almost perfect. Thereafter, he said I have to now step back in the divan and finish my job! We left very contended. 10 out of 10.

Guy spent a lot of time with me to explain the types of mattresses available to me. This helped me make a decision on which bed to buy. Given how expensive a good mattress is this was highly appreciated.
