I had an amazing experience with Guy. I came into the store with a basic idea of what I wanted. He listened clearly and attentively to me and understood what was and wasn’t possible with my budget. Within a few minutes, we had narrowed down the choice. He answered my questions fully and I knew quickly that I was getting great value but I was confident that this was the right bed and mattress for me. Edmund, the Dream staff at Feltham store is highly experienced. He took his time to show me and my wife all colour varieties that we can select from to march our selections of bedside locker and beds. Dream staff experience counts on our final decions.

All I can say is twice we have visited the dreams stores in feltham and twice we have been kindly welcomed by a lovely man called guy he is so helpful and twice we have ordered with him. I have recommended a few people now to that branch as I wouldn't go anywhere else after being served by guy. His Friendly, polite, helpful kind person. I think dreams as acompany are very lucky to have him aboard. Well done guy from feltham branch

Very knowledgeable staff quick and efficient service

We arrived at the store at 5pm just browsing as we needed a new mattress. We were not going to place an order but the the sales lady (Aisha) was so helpful and we found the mattress that felt right for us
