We were served by gentleman called Guy. He was very friendly and attentive. Had very good knowledge of the products and could easily help us decide which bed and mattress would be the best for us. Whenever we needed to have conversation about what we want and how much we would like to spend he was kindly moving away and coming back just when we needed him. He also offered us coffee on few occasions. He made our decision easier. Thank you very much GUY for your hard work. Kind regards

The Assistant was friendly and knowledgable, we weren’t rushed at all in making our decision and I felt that they got a good understanding of what our requirements were and were very helpful. The process of purchasing was quick and simple. Delivery time was 4/6 weeks, I would have liked it quicker but to be honest the wait was the length I had expected. I have already recommended Dreams to a friend and will certainly do so again.

The salesperson, Aisha, was so pleasant and her product knowledge excellent. When we enquired about a delivery slot there wasn’t one available to suit but 5 minutes after arriving home Aisha called to say she had sorted out a time to suit. The order was then placed one sorted over the phone. Five stars to Aisha.

We went to buy a bed but ended up buying 2 mattresses, mattress protector and few pillows and we are highly satisfied with our purchase. The staff member, Aisha was very patient and helpful. She answered all our quaries and helped us finding out products, we were very happy with her service. The quality and price of the products were good.

The sales person Aisha was really helpful and went extra mile to help. She never pressured us to buy and left alone when we wanted to decide and make our mind up. She also kindly offered tea and water to my pregnant wife. When we decided to change the order last minute, she was patient and took her time to help us to amend the order.
