Easy to look round the store to try different beds. No pressure from sales assistant. Very knowledgeable

Guy was exceptional in his product knowledge and service was second to none. Highly satisfied with Guy you should make this guy excuse the pun Guy a manager.If i come back to Dreams it will be this branch and ill only want to deal with Guy

The gentleman who attended to me was friendly, understanding, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I explained what I wanted,as had, had a similar bed from you before. But as my husband had just passed I needed to get a smaller bed as I did not need a super king any more. Guy dealt with me with respect, even before he knew about my husband. He explained all the paperwork in a language I understood. Not to technical. So if I should ever need a bed from you again I would come to Dreams. My friend got her niece to go and brought and had delivered last week very happy.

There was a good selection of beds to choose from Edmund was very helpful and informative and delivery time is very satisfactory and good experience all round

Greeted by Guy on arrival. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of the types of mattress in store and that would suit our requirements. He explained the options and gave us the personal time and space to decide on the which mattress we preferred. No unpleasant hard sell which was refreshing. Offered us a Cold water which was also refreshing as the store was so hot. Overall, very impressed and this had much to do with how well Guy handled us.

store was clean set out well and every item had a price list and bed size displayed. Guy our assistant (who was very good when helping my mother approx. 3 years ago) had the same smile and warm greeting, had great knowledge of the products he was selling and did everything to make us feel comfortable with our purchases. Very satisfied with the service he provided.

We entered the shop with little idea of the specifications we wanted, and had only tried one other shop. The gentleman who served us was both knowledgeable and friendly and he listened intently to our needs. He was honest and worked hard to find us the deal that suited both our needs and our price-point. We would gladly recommend the shop to our friends and know that if the quality of the products we have ordered matches the quality of the service we received, we will be in for a very good nights' sleep.

I have bought a bed from Dreams before and was completely satisfied so it was natural to return when another bed was required. The sales adviser, Edmund was professional, knowledgable and very helpful without being "pushy". He advised, showed the bed sizes and colours and let us decide. Very professional.
