Everything was explained properly. Pricing was clear. Products well displayed. Store assistant was very good.

Asia was very helpful friendly she spent a lot of time with me making sure that I understood everything while also being down to earth with a sense of humour

My mum has physical and cognitive issues. The staff member, Guy, took things at her pace and did not attempt to give her too much information at once. As a result, Mum was able to choose a bed with minimal fuss and worry. And we managed to get the parking space right outside so mum wasn't worn out by the time we got there.

Staffs are very helpful and supported with friendly manner.

Our assistant Aisha could not have been more helpful. Her product knowledge was excellent and she took time to ensure we ended up with the bed we wanted. She was professional and friendly and even offered us coffee

As soon as I walked into the store Aisha was really helpful , didnt rush me or push me into buying any old mattress , was really impressed. The only downside to my visit was the lack of Air-conditioning it was uncomfortable, I might of stayed longer to look at new pillows but had to get out and get fresh air even though there was a large fan on.

The staff who attended to me was very professional and helpful. She took her time to explain about the products and allowed me to ask questions which were answered appropriately. Will be going back for more products.
