Great Service from Guy with a wealth of knowledge. He’s friendly and took the time to explain and recommend me for what I need.

We were assisted by an extremely helpful member of staff called Aisha, she was very patient and knowledgable

All very straight forward. I was an easy customer but staff were helpful and polite and answered all questions that I needed answered. There was an additional query I had in relation to the Charity bed donation which the staff had to make a call to find out exact information, so very helpful.

We went in to have a look. Edmund came over and assisted us and answered every question we fired his way. He also gave us advise based on his experience and knowledge. Then he toke us over to the desk, offered us a drink and got everything booked and paid for as fast as possible. He gave us a great deal and was really nice and friendly. It could not have been a better experience.

The member of staff( AISHA ) was very understanding to my sort of comfort I was looking for as she asked what sort of mattress we have at present so she could guide us to what may prove out to be a better fit for both of our sort of comfort and support we need, she also asked about our pillows and said this has an effect on the comfort, so when we finally made our decision it was based on all the variants. We did try the mattress out a few times in the store and was offered coffee while we were mulling over our decision which was very nice of Aisha. The mattress has just been delivered at 12:45 25 May and out delivery time was between 12:30 and 14:30 so this is excellent service, all we have to do now is try out the mattress over the next 30 to 40 nights just so we can be completely satisfied we made the right decision. The experience has been very professional and friendly, the Delivery Driver did explain to let the mattress air before using and to twist it around every 3 to 4 months.
