Dreams - Feltham

We came in to the store on Sunday and we were looked after by a gentleman called "Guy", We were going to shop around but after our visit we were very impressed with Guy and his knowledge, politeness and time he made to understand what we needed that we decided to return the next day and buy the mattress through him and not go elsewhere.

Aisha the sales representative was friendly and so attentive. She had good knowledge of each product and helped me find the perfect bed and pillow for me. She also helped me sort out the best delivery time for me.

Guy, the sales person, was extremely helpful and patient as I had two toddlers with me causing mayhem. He was friendly to them as well as myself despite them being a little excited.

The range of products were exceptional and we were shown all the deals that were on offer and the assistant in the Feltham store Aisha was friendly approachable and very very knowledgable and was very considerate to us and our requirements

We found what we wanted at a reasonable price

Went into the Dreams Store in Feltham with the intention only of looking for a mattress and a bed. Instead we were came across the lady in store (Aisha) who was very knowledgeable with the products and helpful with what we were looking for that we decided to buy a bed and mattress and not to come back or shop around. I was very impressed with the service and the attention I received that I would highly recommend my friends to visit this particular store.

when we walked into dreams everything was laid out neatly, all the signs were really easy to follow. When we found the perfect mattress a college helped my daughter out into making sure this was the right choice the college gave her a comfy pillow to test out with and she immediately knew she made the right choice. Our college was extremely helpful with placing the order, she quickly=y showed us the availability of order dates and explained to us with all her knowledge about the mattress we had bought. She also helped my daughter pick out the right pillow( of course it was the tempur !!) we where very satisfied with our visit to dreams.

I received excellent customer service from your colleague Nisha. She provide good product knowledge and guidance in terms of choosing a bed and mattress. She didn’t rush us or even influence us in our decision making and told us to take our time.
